By accessing and using the StarRide application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with StarRide, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service Description

StarRide provides a platform to connect riders with drivers for ride-sharing services. We do not provide the actual transportation service but act as an intermediary platform facilitating connections between users.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for rides are determined by our algorithm based on demand, distance, and time. All prices are displayed before confirming a ride. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the ride.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel rides free of charge up to 2 minutes after booking. Cancellations after this period may incur a cancellation fee as displayed in the app.

7. Safety and Insurance

StarRide provides insurance coverage for rides. Drivers are required to maintain valid driver's licenses and vehicle insurance. Users acknowledge that ride-sharing involves inherent risks.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarRide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
